PT. Tulip Tonata Indonesia built the Tonata app as a Free app. This SERVICE is provided by PT. Tulip Tonata Indonesia at no cost and is intended for use as is.

1. How to Delete Your Account

   We provide several ways for you to terminate your account and remove your personal data:

   • In-App Settings: Log into your account, navigate to Profile, and select "Hapus Akun"
   • Web Portal: Visit Account Deletion and fill your email then click "Delete My Account"
   • Manual Request: You may email our support team at "Live Chat"

2. What Data is Deleted?

   Upon successful processing of your deletion request, the following information will be permanently removed from our active databases:

   • Profile Information: Your name, email address, phone number, addresses and profile picture.
   • Activity History: Records of your interactions, preferences, and saved content.
   • Third-Party Links: Any authorizations granted to social media or third-party integrations.

3. Data Retention & Legal Exceptions

   While we aim to delete your data immediately, please note the following exceptions:

   • Transactional Records: If you have made purchases, we are legally required to retain financial records and invoice data for tax and audit purposes (typically 5–7 years depending on local law).
